Our Process
Interspond provides centralized business development for high performing, top enrolling Sites.
Identify Study Opportunities
Interspond leverages our long-standing preferred network status with Sponsors and CROs to identify study opportunities. We continually attend industry conferences to nurture those relationships in person.
Post Study Opportunities
Interspond posts detailed study information in CROWN, our proprietary software. Sites can then review the studies and express interest in participating by completing feasibility documents.
Review and Approve Sites
Interspond compares Site qualifications to Sponsor criteria to determine if the Site is a good fit for the study. Interspond verifies answers provided by Sites for accuracy.
Submit List of Qualified Sites
Interspond submits a list of the best-qualified Sites to the Sponsor for consideration for participation.
Conduct Feasibility
Interspond distributes and collects the initial required study documents including, but not limited to, Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Feasibility Questionnaires (FQs), and also assists in scheduling Pre-Study Visits (PSVs).
Wait for Sponsor Decisions
Interspond diligently follows-up with Sponsor until the Sponsor determines Site selection decisions.
Negotiate Budget and Contracts
Interspond will negotiate the contract and budget directly with the Site. Interspond will then negotiate a different budget with the Sponsor. Interspond is then responsible for paying the Site according to the terms of the contract. There is NO COST to the Site to work with Interspond.
