The Story of Interspond

The concept for Interspond was born out of observation, inspiration, and a vision for what could be. While working as a Clinical Research Coordinator at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, I recognized research Sites need a constant flow of studies. I came up with the idea of providing centralized business development services to several clinical research Sites and quit my job to launch the business model.

The company was an instant success because investigators saw the need for the service. While physicians are wonderful clinicians, they typically don’t have time to dedicate resources to conduct business development activities.

I started one of the first Trial Management Organizations in the industry and soon thereafter the idea of Site Management Organizations followed. I am proud to say that almost 3 decades after creating the initial concept, I am still in business today providing the same great services, albeit in a slightly different way. We have had to keep up with the times over the years and continue to innovate as we are a Trusted, Connected, Leader
